Growers warn California could be producing too much cannabis

Monterey County cannabis growers are warning too much marijuana is being grown in California and the market could soon be saturated. Brook Eagle with Pacific Reserve Nursery in Salinas has been in the industry for years and he predicts the cannabis market will be flooded by 2020. Eagle said so many people are getting into the growing business despite the dire predictions.
